Energy Executive with over 20 years of executive experience with 17 years in oversight of energy assets and pipelines.  Started Southern Kentucky Energy in 2016 operating upstream and midstream assets covering 6 counties in KY. In 2023 expanded energy operations footprint into other states (MS, OK, LA) covering a larger footprint of midstream and gas production areas in US. With Pelican, Jason is focusing on gas and midstream operations in the Gulf South, particularly southern Mississippi and Louisiana.  Jason holds an MBA, an MS in Statistics and a BS in Mathematics.

Nicholas A. Dobias

With more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Nicholas is a seasoned specialist known for his deep expertise in gas and liquid measurement and his leadership in pipeline infrastructure projects.  Throughout his career, he has played a critical role in overseeing, managing, and optimizing gas pipeline systems across Southeast Louisiana, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Nicholas brings a strong technical foundation in measurement systems, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity, paired with a proven ability to guide complex projects from conception through execution.  His work has consistently supported organizational goals by improving system performance, maintaining high standards of accuracy in measurement, and driving operational excellence.

Respected for his hands-on approach, problem solving skills, and commitment to industry best practices, Nicholas continues to be a trusted leader in pipeline operations and measurement technologies.
